You can buy them in shops but inside the packet it always says 'NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION', does this mean they are not safe?Why are party pills (legal highs) always labled as plant food or bath salts, are they illegal?
its just a way of getting round the law. Just like when you buy poppers it say that is a room aroma and you shouldnt sniff it!

They are legal to sell but illagal to use them as a drug.
Like in shops they sell poppers as 'room oderizers' even though they have names like ';head rush';.
