Is your jacuzzi acrylic or cast iron?
Acrylic try soft scrub liquid gel with bleach.
Cast Iron try regular soft scrub with bleach and scrub away it will not scratch.Removal of stains from color bath salt?

Have you tried a bleach cleaner? Even if your tub is not white it may work. just try it on a spot that doesn't show first
