Just had surgery - is TABLE salt as good as EPSOM salt in the bath?

I bought 2 bags but then thought, hmm should I just use EPSOM salts, the only one I saw had lots of other stuff in it too...Just had surgery - is TABLE salt as good as EPSOM salt in the bath?
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate(mgso4) and table salt n.a.c.l. so there two different things.regular salt makes food taste better epsom salt reduces swelling and its an anti-inflammatory .Just had surgery - is TABLE salt as good as EPSOM salt in the bath?
