Is this sea salt any good for a bath?

I have Morton brand coarse sea salt (says the salt is from Spain). Does anyone know if this type of salt is too processed for the salt to help my skin?Is this sea salt any good for a bath?
I use similar coarse sea salt to exfoliate with (rub on arms + legs) and it makes my skin incredibly smooth. Do not use it every day because the salt can sap the moisture from your skin and over exfoliation will irritate your skin.

If you are using it to soak in, though, it is probably alright.

Organic or sea salt is not going to be processed like you are thinking with table salt.

Always check the label and be sure what you're using, though. Is this sea salt any good for a bath?
To help your skin how?? any salt will be drying to the skin so if you have acne or oily skin that will help.
