Is an Epsom salt bath really effective in decreasing water retention?

Does it work? What are some other ways to reduce water retention? Is an Epsom salt bath really effective in decreasing water retention?
Epsom's salts is a salt based product, the salt water will seep into your skin and not let you reduce water retention. The best way to reduce water retention is buy a diuretic off the shelf at Walmart or Target or a pharmacy, I know they have them. A second option is drink some caffeine, it is a natural diuretic and will help reduce fluid. Another option is drink lots of water so you will keep running to the bathroom. Reduce salt intake. Diet soda (pop) is loaded with sodium (salt) so watch what you eat %26amp; drink. Is an Epsom salt bath really effective in decreasing water retention?
