How to use bath salt?

is it for scrub, to be dissolved, for bath tub or i can just pour it over my body becoz i dont hv bahtub...

You just put about one handful under the spout and use whatever soap you choose.How to use bath salt?
It depends on what it says on the bottle. If it says it is a bath soak, then it is meant to be used by pouring the salt into your bath and allowing them to dissolve in the water. If it says they are sea salts, but not a soak, it can be used as a scrub. However, keep in mind that sea salts can be a little harsh on the skin if they are not inside of a soap, so do it gently and only once in a while.

you should just sprinkle it into the tub and it will dissolve naturally...

dissolve it while the bath is running, and before you get into the tub, rub your hand around the botton of the tub to make sure there are no un-dissolved salts left...( makes for a VERY uncomfortable seat!!) There's nothing more relaxing then a good mineral bath.....and soooo good for your skin.....enjoy!!
Its to be dissolved. The salt is good for your skin and muscles so you soak in it.
it needs to be dissolved. its mroe intended as a relaxent not as a cleaner. you still need to use soap and if you pour it on you rbody because you don't have a tub just a shower then you will feel really itchy afterwards.
It is primarily used for the bath. But you can also take a washcloth and pour some on it and then wet the washcloth to dissolve the bath salts.I and my daughter have both done this when a tub wasn't available. Works just as well. As for soaping up after, that is up to you. Bath salts help to soften the skin and keep it from being so dry, especially in the winter.
It has to be dissolved to be effective. Since you don't have a shower, try dissolving it in a plastic tub or other recepticle...then you can at least soak your feet. Yes, us soap after. Bath salts are intended to soften skin, not clean it.

bath salt is for the tub....if you want a nice body scrub....try using St. Ives Apricot Scrub or Origins ginger scrub.....

Bath salts are to dissolve in the tub, they're supposed to soothe the skin. I don't think u can use them in the shower.
Technically its supposed to be dissolved in bath water but, if you don't have a bathtub then try putting it on a washcloth and using that.


Depending on what you're using it to scrub, soap afterwards isn't a bad idea although you don't always need it.

Bath Salts are actually used while taking a bath. It is supposed to soften the water and make your skin smell good. It is not meant to be used as a soap. If you don't have a tub, you can still use it on your body, but I would wash first.
