How do you make candy cane bath salts?

I saw it on TRL on MTV but i forgot how to do it?How do you make candy cane bath salts?
It is basically the same as making your own bath salts. All you need are the basic ingredients and red food coloring. Basic ingredients would include epsom salts, essential oils, bath salts or dead sea salts if you like, and any other additive.





The first thing you need to do is split the ingredients in half and mix these separately in two containers. You then add the red coloring to one of the mixtures, just make sure you add the coloring in very small quantities so that you can control the resulting color. On a jar, or any container that you like, put the mixtures alternately in the jar while it is in a tilted position. You can decorate the jar any way you like. This can make a wonderful gift for Christmas =)
