I'm sure this is meant as a joke, I can't imagine buying some girl a swimsuit that would dissolve away while she's on the beach, how embarrassing that would be for her. The only viable market I can see would be down at the local peep store where you can buy all sorts of twisted paraphernalia. There a girl would probably buy one for herself just to have it happen, she could play innocent and get her kicks. I'm sure there's a way to do it-at least in theory. You may want to ask a question in the Chemistry section. (is there a fiber that dissolves in saline but not in pure water?) I am so down that is a money maker. You would make a ton of money just selling them at spring break areas. You find out and make it happen because now you put the idea out there and someone is going to snag it.
Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I think you need to go and invent something useful like a cure for aids or something worthwhile.
