Hey girls whats better salt scrub or salt in the bath?

I want to start taking baths instead because of how much nicer it is but whats better for a girl prone to folliculitus ( razor bumps) on legs soaking in salt or scrubbing with a salt scrub..?Hey girls whats better salt scrub or salt in the bath?
Salt scrub because you still get the same benefits of soaking in the salt but the scrub works great as an exfoliant and it will help with those razor bumps.

scrub! it gets the gross dead skin off better
I'm not a girl, but would say salt in bath. its more relaxing.
