Having hot baths in winter time is a great way to relax....what type of bath salts or oils that I shall use?

We use 2 cups of Epsom salt in a bath. You can also add a drop or two of lavender oil, or just buy pre-made lavender bath salts.Having hot baths in winter time is a great way to relax....what type of bath salts or oils that I shall use?

Epsom salts are really relaxing, good for the muscles and cheep. Add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil (available at any health food store) and you will be sleepy in no time. Lavender is a natural seditive. Also you just need 3-4 drops of the oil, so even though its about $15 for a 1/4 ounce bottle its still a great deal.
Use Aroma LUXURY Bath Salts they are enriched with essential oils (lavender, rose, green tea, aloe vera, eucalyptus etc) .

Looks that they have some great specials at the moment $6.99/pack and enjoy the benefits.
