Felt strange after my first epson salt bath......?

've never tried one of these baths before. Why would I have increased fatigue, dizziness just after an epson salt bath? Also, I noticed an increase in my heat rate that started during the bath. Is the water too hot? Could it be something else? Thanks.Felt strange after my first epson salt bath......?
It's the hot water, not the salts. Use warm water next time and don't stay in so long.
