You can try bath salts. Bathing in sea salt water can help clear up skin. Sea salt is known to remove common skin ailments. The best at doing this is Dead sea salt. You can use sea salt water to wash your face or use the salts and create facial scrubs. Just make sure that its of the right grain size for skin.
