I always put two hand-fulls of bath salt into the water. Does it make any difference?Does bath salt do anything?

being a woman i don't know if this is a good idea at all times, the perfume and stuff cant be good for your um..womanly parts lets say... i think it would cause some sort of infection down there if you did it excessivly
As far as I know it is just soda crystals---coloured and perfumed.
It softens hard water.
