i had my son last thursday :) but during delivery i tore a little and needed stitches its pretty painful to sit down or even stand up. what is the best way to heal faster i see some people say to try a sitz bath with epsom salt but will that hurt? and how long will it take to heal?Childbirth tearing stitches? sitz bath w/epsom salt?
