i feel like experiencing something new for the well keeping of my body and i decided to take my bath with salt water, pls tell me the advantages and disadvantages of what am about to do. thanks for being thereCan i take my bath with salt added to water?
not sure on the advantages/disadvantages but i sometimes bathe in epsom salts added to the water,,,helps for sore/achy legs. there are also salts you can buy in the ';bubble bath'; section of your local store, or try health food stores. Bath and body works has some EXCELLENT saltsCan i take my bath with salt added to water?
